TM Match is operated by JS Transport Solutions Ltd. This notice explains the personal information we collect when an operator requests a Transport Manager match or a Transport Manager registers with the network.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, postcode, operator licence information, fleet information, professional qualification and experience details, availability, and information you voluntarily provide in free-text fields.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess potential matches, contact suitable parties about genuine opportunities, administer our network, maintain records of enquiries, protect the service from abuse, and provide related services you ask us about.

Marketing

We only use the optional marketing consent field for marketing communications. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share information with

We do not publish your submitted profile by default. Where a genuine match is being progressed, we may share relevant information with the operator or Transport Manager involved. We aim to share only what is reasonably needed for that stage of the process.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and network information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business administration. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted data.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict certain uses of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent from particular processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis involved.
