About the service

TM Match is operated by JS Transport Solutions Ltd. The website allows operators to submit Transport Manager requirements and qualified or qualifying professionals to register interest in suitable opportunities.

No guarantee of match or approval

Submitting a form does not guarantee that a suitable Transport Manager will be identified, that an introduction will be made, or that any nominated individual will be approved by a Traffic Commissioner. The operator remains responsible for its operator licence and statutory obligations.

Information supplied by users

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may ask for supporting information before progressing a match, including evidence of CPC qualification, experience, capacity, licence information or other due diligence.

Introductions

An introduction does not itself create an employment, consultancy or statutory Transport Manager appointment. Commercial terms, duties, time commitments and contractual arrangements must be agreed separately between the relevant parties unless JS Transport Solutions expressly agrees another arrangement in writing.

Professional competence

A person should not start acting as the statutory Transport Manager for an operator merely because an introduction has been made. The applicable operator-licence nomination and approval process must be followed.

Additional JS services

Operator licence applications, audits, compliance consultancy, training or other JS Transport Solutions services are separate services and will be quoted or agreed separately.
